The theme of the second project was happiness and its different characteristics. To begin with, the first group presented the topic of paying it forward, where they explained that paying it forward can be an act of generosity and charity, just as they explained to us that paying it forward can change someone's circumstances without us realizing that in We are really making a change for the better in his life where that person will feel happy and loved. Apart from all this information, what I liked the most and found interesting was how they put educational videos where they explained this topic in more depth. Apart from that, they added images, graphs, and educational examples where they show the topic in more depth and with more detail. Honestly, I enjoyed this presentation because they used examples from everyday life, and the truth is that in most of them, I identified. Paying it forward also helps us grow as people because since we are having acts of generosity, it helps us feel better about ourselves and helps us have a good perspective on life and how this activity helps us to move forward and grow. mentally and physically, and also teaches us the importance of education and values.

Proceeding to the second group, which is the group I am working with, we touched on the topic of happiness and how it influences our lives. It is incredible how happiness has many stages and how every 10 years, it changes and varies. Something that I really liked was the educational videos, where they provided a lot of very interesting and complex information. Each video surprised me more, along with the information from my groupmates, because, as I announced before, happiness has many stages, so I really enjoyed this project a lot. Happiness can be found in friends, pets, and material objects, as well as self-love, spending time with the beings we love the most. It should be noted that there are 12 steps that help to find happiness; these steps are known as give thanks, give, help, eat well, exercise, rest, live experiences that will help us grow as people, climb until we reach the chasm of success, meditation, socializing with different people from different cultures, pointing out the goal, and most importantly, smiling, smiling at life. We also learned about the 3 most important theories of happiness, which are: the hedonism theory, the desire theory, and lastly, the goal list theory. According to the theory of hedonism, they explained to us that a happy person has an energetic personality, with a good disposition and a happy aura; according to this theory, people who have this type of personality look like a playful puppy. Moving on to the second theory, which is known as the desire theory, is the type of person with a cheerful personality who gets everything they want in life. And finally, the goal list theory, this theory is known for people whose personalities are cheerful but focus on putting important things as a priority. For example, health, relationships with loved ones, charity, and career advancement in your career field. These types of people are known for their importance to life and that despite the circumstances, they are happy if they have their reason. During this presentation, we also talked about the generations and how they have changed over the years, this was the part assigned to me and my partner Christian Rodriguez where we explained each generation and how they change over time. Happiness has its ups and downs, very similar to a roller coaster since, according to scientific studies they show us that our best and happiest years are in our 20s and 30s, and when we have lows, they are in our 40s, but since I just mentioned, this is like a roller coaster so when the 60s start, that's when happiness rises again. We also talked about the different cultures that exist around the world and how they influence happiness.

According to group 3, the topic they presented to us was the importance of personal care, good nutrition, and mind and body. During this presentation, we learned about the different perspectives between genders and the differences between men's and women's personal care routines. Personal care not only influences the physical but mental as well. According to men, self-care means having a balanced diet, exercising or playing sports, spending time with friends and family, AKA loved ones, and most importantly, having a good sleep schedule; this is essential because not complying with the sleep schedule could affect the physique causing discomfort and tiredness. But, when they talked about personal care for women, I paid close attention because there are factors with which I felt identified and how I would like to change certain habits to have a better quality of life. They also explained in detail the different personal care routines of each generation in women, and it is something very incredible how this greatly influences our happiness. Another thing that I really liked about the presentation of the third group is that the images and videos that they used helped me to understand even more about the importance of personal care, good nutrition, and nourishing the mind and the body, since as I mentioned in the blog In the past, I am a visual learner and they facilitated my learning through photos and educational videos where they further explored this topic. It is incredible how happiness has many stages, and as I learn more about it, I am more surprised.

To end this blog, I would like to congratulate each group because they did a great job, and it was a success. I really enjoyed each presentation as they explained different characteristics of happiness and how it greatly influences our daily lives. As I mentioned several times, I really enjoyed doing this project, and I really like my group because we always agree on things, and we never have any problems. Each group did a great job and achieved the main objective, which was the entertainment of the audience. Each person also presented very well, letting us understand, with their tone of voice, facial expressions, and hands, their part of the presentation.
